My visa in sweden has expired (just barely)and I am waiting for an extension. Will I be allowed to re-enter sweden as a tourist? thanks

You're reading My neice is 16 and got married to her boy friend(22) with parental consent in florida.its been 5 months and he wants to file for her because of her situation.do think that they're gonna have a hard time and how long will it take?

It should be the same process as if she were a traditional adult. She's considered an adult because she's emancipated, and she's emancipated by reason of marriage. Her marriage will be treated with the same respect and authority as any other. It's a long process anyway, but it shouldn't take any longer than it took me, or will take the next person.
