Help answer this question below.

Have a 1986 fleetwood with a 305 olds motor won't paas emission test had carb rebuilt tune up new O2 sensor but HC is still 5.19 need 1.60 or less and CO is 173.85 need 15.00 or less any ideas?

Well, HC is a measure of the unburnt Fuel, so it has way too much. Bad Float level, Bad Air Filter, Stuck Choke, Dead Cylinders, Evap. Canister loaded up, but this is Major & First place to look. CO is way up too but should come down when Fuel problem solved. John
