For me, nothing! I'll talk to anyone about anything, I'll stop a random person on the street to discuss how my second cousin is getting a divorce next week, or where I'm headed, or where they're headed, or the weather, or what the best brand of stool softener is. Nothing is sacred!

Your sex life-unless of course it was part of a marriage guidance session, and probably the regularity of your bowels!!!

It always always always depends on who you are and who you are talking to. One of the nice things about the internet is its semi-annonymity. So you can discuss most things on here without it comming back to haunt you. But for the most part much of it has to do with who you are talking to. Also who you are too, some people are totally open and will tell you how their kidney's are functioning. Other people are so quiet they won't even discuss the quality of the showers at a hotel. I think most people are inbetween though.

By too personal do you mean indiscreet? I think it depends on individual contributers. Some are more open to discussing certain topics than others. For example, I don't like talking about death; but it is an eventuality I must face.
