I have had so many abnormal ones, I can't even remember exactly how many. A few times the follow ups came back normal, but others I ended up having to have a colposcopy, which basically is that they look up there with a microscope and use an iodine solution to make the abnormal cells stand out then do a biopsy if necessary.
