I have seven and they have been taught that their treat is theirs and not to go for the others. It takes time. You have to be there and push them away as they go for the other cat's treat. Talking firmly to them when pushed away.."NO NOT YOURS" Now they are good about it, although once in awhile some will start to go for the other but then I firmly call out the naughty one's name and he/she stops in his/her tracks. Cats can be trained...it takes time....

Just because they live in a house doesn't mean they're civilized. Cats are animals that live by instinct. Instinct says that food equals survival. In nature, if something that can wallop you comes for your dinner, you give them your dinner. You might be able to get it out of her, but it'll take time.

Cat's are harder to train than dogs. They think if there is food the other will also want it, so they try to get it first. usaly the older wiser cat will stay out of it, but the younger cats will go for it. I have a cat he dose this to my dog. All I do is shoo him away or spray him with water, wich is how we traind him not to go on the counters.
