I have helped several friends this week, but I cannot say that I knowingly helped any strangers.

I held the door open for many people walking with canes or in wheelchairs at a medical building last Monday.

Both, just today. I held a gated elevator door open for a woman in a wheelchair. I sent positive thoughts out to a friend's friend's daughter who is having tests to rule out leukemia.

Well. I hope so. I have given advice when asked on a few things which I hope have been helpful.

I would have no way of knowing that for certain. My intention is to be a positive, helful, kind person. Whether I succeed or not, I don't always know. Now, someone may find that offputting and ignore me altogether. As I said, I have no way of ever knowing for sure what effect I have on people unless and until they tell me. I only know for sure what my intention is.

Yes, I make it a goal to help someone everyday.

I am trying to do my best with everyone on AB.. But I don't look at them as strangers, even those who I don't know.. They are friends.
