  • Good question. I think the Bible does not claim that the Flood covered the ENTIRE Earth. For more info: http://www.christiananswers.net/q-eden/edn-c013.html
  • The Ark had a big freezer on it?
  • they came to him
  • He didn't have to. Ice floats.
  • god brought all of the animals to Noah.
  • God orchestrated the whole thing. He made the earth so trust me he took care of the animals and they were are put together by him. No worry.
  • Employing eskimos?! ;-)
  • Hanging seal parts off the stern?! ;-)
  • The ark was divided into floors. different habitats were on different floors. the refrigeration unit was on the third floor down. thats where the cold weather animals were housed. Its all in the Bible, you just need to read between the lines and fill in the blanks.
  • He didn't because it never happened. The whole story is utterly ridiculous and scientifically impossible. If God is Omnipotent and wanted to "wipe the slate clean" because man had become to corrupt why didn't he just kill off everyone with a wave of his magic "God wand" and start over? Why go through this huge charade with an Ark that had to hold thousands and thousands of animals and food for them for at least a year (preposterous)? Just and FYI, I DO believe in God myself. I just refuse to believe in a God that does things in a non-sensical manner as much of the currently accepted translations of the Bible portray.
  • He must have had them shipped in first. Also he had the animals from the continent of Australia shipped ,for he had no way of getting to them.
  • Good question, pnyknight. Consider how breeds and species are born, and you will realize that they branch off from one source, and Noah had that source, for within the pair he had in his, or rather, His ark, all species variations were present and accounted 4. :)
  • It took Noah and his sons about a 100 years to build the ark. Yahweh more than likely had the distant animals on their way to the ark at the exact time needed. When the ark was done the animals were ready.
  • It wasn't the Express Ark, you know? It made many stops along the way to allow for passengers to board from all walks of life and regions of the Earth. Now, the Express Ark was the one that had all the dinosaurs in it and we know that one went down like the Titanic...
  • I believe that when God created all animals that there was no major temperature difference on earth. When Noah gathered the animals they all lived in peace together in an Eden like forest and God told the animals where to go when the time came for the Ark to start it's voyage. After that, the world as we know it went through a major climate change and the animals who were cold blooded and warm blooded knew exactly where to go when they left the Ark. Just my theory.:)
  • I suppose they could have floated around on an iceberg until he picked them up later on.
  • The Polar Express made home deliveries to Noah
  • It sort of makes you wonder if it really happened, doesn't it. The story is nothing more than a story of faith, it never happened, at least not like that.
  • Noah is not a bedtime story and especially not untrue. he really existed!! do you realize life after you die?? of course you must believe in God. also a proof that there were frozen woods and ARK skeletons in northern russia!!that's where they end up.. also, they disembark the snow animals there. that's why there were polar bears in the russia!
  • they can swim cant they? :D
  • I believe God sent them to him.
  • This is a parable.
  • he didn't
  • I do not believe the flood of Noah was global. It was regional. -- Gen 6:13 And God said unto Noah The end of all flesh is come before me for the earth is filled with violence through them and behold I will destroy them with the earth. -- 776. 'erets (eh'-rets) --- From an unused root probably meaning to be firm; the earth (at large, or partitively a land) --- The word in this chapter is translated as earth but means land.
