For just one week, because the leaderboards are updated weekly, every Sunday. But if the user manages to be one of the top 10 points earners again the following week, he or she retains the trophy. But if he falls out of the weekly Top 10, he loses that trophy and goes back to his usual badge (or medal).

The rankings are updated each Sunday. An ABer who can keep getting enough points each week to stay in the top ten points for a week will have a trophy on their badge.
