  • well it shouldnt affect your job or your income if you tell anyone, i mean, its not your fault. what innapropriate relationships do you think are going on?
  • No -- you have a duty to make your concerns known. Consider how you would feel if something horrible happened and you could look back and recall that you recognized the signs of inappropriate behavior and if somethings had been said then maybe something could have been done. If you need to protect your income, then consider an anonymous letter written to the proper person -- but written as if from a student.
  • This is a difficult situation. Talk to a couple of other people (maybe others teaching music lessons) and see if they've noticed it. If two or three people agree with you try going together to talk to someone further up, or writing a letter which you all sign. This reduces the possibility of any negative repurcussions.
