that's kind of weird. I dont think so, no.
-
Yes, because if it was really love, who cares about the $$ or things.
-
No. What's the point of marrying someone that is already not trusting you enough to stay married. Thinking more of the assets than of you.
-
I would personally that that to mean he didn't think we'd make it. I'd need my husband to believe in our marriage 100% before I walked down the aisle, so my answer is no.
-
Yes - a prenup is only interesting if one party is a lot richer than the other.
-
The person I would fall in love with and get to the point of asking about marriage would never ask me to do that as it's totally out of the question. I will never plan to fail before embarking on a lifelong journey.
-
No, for me it is based on trust and a whole lot of love, someone once said to me "If im in, then im all in" that says it all!
-
No.
-
Sure. I [personally] don't think prenups are necessarily a bad thing, because having one shows that the whole marriage deal isn't about money or property, it's about love. (But I do understand how some would be upset by it, because it's kind of like saying they don't trust you.) +5

yeash i would
-
Probably not. I would take their wanting me to sing a prenuptial agreement as indicating a lack of trust.
-
I probably wouldn't.
-
Yes, and I would expect the same from them. If I was young and single it wouldn't be as important, but having been married and with children I would want to ensure that what is mine will go to my children if anything were to happen to me. I've seen friends that have gone through this and their children didn't receive anything when their parent passed away and it went to the surviving spouses children. Seems unjust to me.
-
Yes....and I will suggest one if he doesn't
-
Sure:):)
-
Yes, I would. I fully expected to when my husband and I married. I was surprised when he did not want to. However, I do understand people who do not feel comfortable with this, as well.
-
nope, they should know me well enough to know I don't care or want their money
