Males are capable of getting erections in the uterus. Some babies are born with erections. So there's a good chance that most guys don't remember having their first one.

At my grandmother's house, while reading a "True Detective" magazine that showed a woman being attacked by a man and she was in her bra! lol I remember how odd it felt, yet also good...The hell of it was, I didn't know about masturbation yet, so I didn't DO anything with it (and an erection can be a terrible thing to waste). So, I made it a point to find out WHAT to do about it by asking a few friends I trusted who were abit older, and also reading in 1-2 books at the library. (no computers WAYYYY back then!). After that I started having erections more and more and couldn't watch a TV detective show without getting an erection! :) But I am OK now. :) All the pills I take have given me ED pretty much, so it is a non issue.

I don't know about my first erection, but my sons sometimes had erections when getting their diapers changed at age less than one.

I don't remember the very first one, but I used to get erections at school when i was about 7 years old and bursting to urinate. I also used to get them at home when straining on the loo. In neither case did I understand what was happening and therefore showed no shame! In other words my erection must have been showing in my shorts at school and I think I used to go the the loo at home in the nude when I was that young!
