You're reading I just had this comcast guy come out and install the highspeed on my computer, I can only access it through Internet Explorer..but that icon is no where to be found..and I already downloaded it again. Where can I find it?

I think they tell their people to tell customers to use certain software -- probably a deal they have with Microsoft. I'm using a Comcast account right now and the browser I'm using is Firefox. So if you want to use another browser, I'm thinking you can. There are better browsers than IE. Anyway, are you using a Mac or a PC?
