I do like "birdhouse in your soul" quite a bit, but I'm also a fan of "your racist friend" I love the whole "flood" album, really. Good listening fun.

I should be allowed to think. It's a great song. "I saw the best minds of my generation, destroyed by madness, starving hysterical. I should be allowed to glue my poster, I should be allowed to think. And I should be allowed to blurt the merest idea, if by whim one occurs to me. I should be allowed to think. I saw the worst bands of my generation, applied by magic marker to drywall. I should be allowed to shoot my mouth off, I should have a call-in show. I should be allowed to glue my poster, I should be allowed to think." There are more lyrics, but I don't have them with me, this is just what I can pick out of listening to the song.

"Istanbul (not Constantinople)" I'm a bit of a history buff... I made my favourite teacher's day when I introduced him to this song! (and as an added bonus, it was on Tiny Toons.)
