Help answer this question below.

I have a friends mp3 mp4 player to try and fix it for her. It will not turn on, will not charge, and does not do anything when plugged into computer. Any solutions?

I had the same problem so I got out a small paper clip and inserted it into the top
of the MP3 (a MP8611GB). Encounter a reset button there. Works fine now.
