I have not found any such product and it is extremely unlikely that anyone will ever manufacture one, given the low cost of video digitizing hardware and the complete lack of any Beta hardware on the consumer market.
Most video digitizing is done with dedicated hardware, using either a video capture card installed inside the computer or an external capture module that uses a USB or Firewire interface to communicate with the computer. In the PC world, one option would be the Pinnacle Dazzle Video Creator Plus, which handles composite video and s-video.
Does anybody still have a VCR and use it? Is it still working?

While recording, the electricity went out. Now, the vcr records snow. TV is fine. Checked connections, all is fine? What else do I check?
