Help answer this question below.

Ever since I put a new compatiable ink cartridge in my printer, my printer has triple printed everything. What could be wrong with my printer?

    Have you tried using another computer with it? If it STILL does that, then the problem is on the printer. Otherwise it is your computer's fault.

    There could be a problem with the drivers, there could be a problem with the printer's hardware. If you could please test it with another computer, we'd be able to narrow in on the problem. Also, what brand and model printer and what type of computer?

    Did you try restarting your computer?

    Sounds like a problem with print head alignment, you may have pushed a little hard when putting the new one in, you can normally adjust it. Go to Print, then properties and there should be something in there about print head alignment or calibration. I don't have Lexmark, so can't say exactly where it is.

    when you print a page check the properties or printing preferences. It might have been set to print 3 pages and saved. Look to reset your printing prefs to default. Try reinstalling the printer drivers. Make sure you have powered everything down and then back up also.
