On the question I asked yesterday on SQL Server, When I click on splash.hta, northing happens. What can I do? When I click on setup.exe, I get the message "setup failed"

Try contacting Microsoft's support. Oh wait - that'll cost hundreds of dollars for subpar support. Is it critical that you use MS SQL? Can you use MySQL or another one? Have you checked Micrsoft's database for similar problems and their resolutions?
