What is the rule for having multiple trademark names in your trademark? I see one that is "Relax Wear or RW or Just Relaxin' or JR". How can one person own four variations in one trademark?

    Your question demonstrates a fundamental misunderstanding of trademark law. A person does not own a trademark. A trademark does not give a monopolistic use of the mark. All trademark does is prevent others from using the mark in a confusingly similar manner.
