Although your not going to like my answer, the law says there is a problem. The law says she is an adult and you are a child. What grade your in has nothing to do with it. Maturity level has nothing to do with it. Age of an adult and age of a child have everything to do with it. Even if sex is not involved does not mean the adult in the situation won't be accused and hounded. Sure i know it is hard to listen to and the heart wants what the heart wants but we have rules and laws and for all the good and the bad that may entail they are still there and we either have to learn to obey them or pay when we don't.
