My son Timothy is running for class president in the 4th grade and I need some help with slogan and also some web sites he could get an idea of some speeches and what they look like for a kid.

start with printing posters of your little candidate simply using his last name as part of the slogan. For example "We have seen the future and the future is Davidson" for class President 2009. Ofcourse use his last name instead. Tell him to make a list of both good and bad qualities of his classroom. What he likes about his school as well as what could use improvement. He must learn to speak clearly and directly to his audience, not like he is reading to himself. Seeing it is more of a popularity contest than anything else, help him write a speech telling the other students what they want to hear. Kind of like the conventions.
