Help answer this question below.
1. Uninstall Vista
2. Install Windows XP
Ok, sorry. That's true, but maybe not helpful.
What you need to do is install Dr. Watson and enable crash dumps. Dr. Watson is a very helpful tool that Microsoft removed in the transition from XP to Vista. To undo this stupid design decision, locate a copy of drwtsn32.exe in the windows/system32 directory of an XP machine and copy it to the windows/system32 directory of your Vista machine.
Then, run "drwtsn32 -i" and turn on visual notification. Note the directory where it will save dumps and logs, and turn on "mini dumps".
Next time you get a crash, it will save files in the location specified during setup. One of the things in that log file will be the location that was executing when the crash occurred -- and probably the DLL which is specified there is at fault.
Chances are good it belongs to some 3rd party software, and you can send them the crash file and log file. If the DLL belongs to Microsoft, see my initial advice :)
id recommend not actually using internet explorer and maybe evn using google chrome becasue that is very fast and is very reliable and hasnt crashed yet for me or evn get firefox
