  • What's to be afraid of? It's not like it's "game over" and hit the Reset button if you fail again. So what? It's that kind of nervousness and fear that causes failure. Keep in mind "the worst that can happen" ... you'll have to take the test again. BFD. And you stopped practicing? Because of failure? This makes less than no sense.
  • Get a different driving instructor if the one you've been using isn't that great. If you're relying on someone who isn't a professional driving instructor (like your dad) get a proper instructor. I know people who've had to take their test 6 times before they passed. A lot of what happens in a test is down to luck on the day, whether the guy behind you is being a jerk or whether some woman is late for work and decided to cut you up.
  • just try again
  • Have you taken a driver's ed course?
  • I went through the same situation. I just could never fully grasp the huge manual that they give you to get your L. I don't know whether that's your problem or not, but I found on ICBC.com that they had a drivers ed practice test that basically held the same gist as the test itself. Take the test a few times just to get a feel for it, it helped me out a lot:D http://icbc.com/licensing/opkt.asp
