I am going to buy some new football (soccer) boots and being a goalkeeper would like to know if there are any specificlly designed boots or just boots good for goalkeepers?

I doubt there are specially made shoes and I don't see how specially made shoes would improve goalkeeping. All that's done with a goalkeeper's feet is done with a field player's feet so shoes good for field players should work perfectly. shouldn't you be focusing on getting good gloves?
