around 2 or 3 I only watch it in the evenings to make noise.

It's ON from shortly after I get up until I go to bed... Which would be about 18 hours a day, 126 hours a week. I actually WATCH it about 8-10 hours a day, while being on the computer (more listening than watching), or 56-70 hours a week.

I have in the past spent about 30 hours a week in front of the tv. Nowadays though, with the amount of study I have to do I usually only get in about an hour or so before bed. My TV spends most of it's time turned off these days.

Maybe 1 hour? Most of my relaxation time goes to the computer. I'm probably on the computer 8 hours a week.

It's on all the time. No matter how manty times I turn it off, it is usually on when I come back into the room. I have 88 million kids and they are all named "not me", so I've kind of given up. I honestly don't know how much I actually watch though, since I usually have a book or magazine or computer on my lap while sitting with Hubby or the kids while they watch. I watch Gilmore Girls, The Office and anything on Foodnetwork, so it's a few hours at least.

50 - 60 hours a week??!! Whoa, scary how much when I actually add it up.

I will do other things though *justifying her tv habit*
computer, ironing, bookwork, comb the knots out of the dog's coat, sewing, have a little nap...

It varies..the TV is on a lot while I'm at the computer so I "hear" it more than I watch it! :) Jim is usually watching a tennis match or a golf match or he has it on the DIY (do-it-yourself) channel, or the food channel or the travel channel! :)

0 - We do not have a TV (well we do but you can't watch TV on it just play movies on the DvD, and we only do that when falling asleep)

You know you can actually get most channels for free on the internet now with streaming webisodes.
The audio and video is not bad and improving with broadband connections.

I have it on in the background alot, to catch news. I also have 4-5 favorite shows a week I try to catch, and an ocassional movie. So I would say I really WATCH about 8-10 hours a week, sometimes abit more, sometimes less.

I'm not a TV person. I turn it on everyday when I get home from work but I don't sit and watch any program specifically. I am always doing something else around the house or sitting at my computer...

I hear the news in the morning while I am getting ready to come to work... So I can safely estimate two to three hours a week...

About 6-7 hours a day, Cant miss Oprah nor Jeopardy or Wheel of Fortune. Between them I watch the news, then I watch either the travel channel or HGTV depending on whats on.
