Transfender, if car wont let you mod it, then you have to go to a specialised shop, like angelfire customs in san fierro. there is a transfender around the same area as the vinewood sign, like 2 blocks south and 3 blocks west, from memory
I have been playing GTA SA completed only missions and then i've start to win all gang wars and i have lost a some objects after that in the city like a garbage and some funny thing at beach in Los Santos and a lot more i have them before why?

In gta sa, I saved my game with my gang. When i had saved it, they were in my house - the only problem or two, was that when i got outside they didn't follow me, and when i went back in they had diserpeared!!! Solution and why??!! Someone!!!?
