  • i dont recamend them
  • I haven't, but most of the hoodia pills that are being sold are not the variety (hoodia gordonii) that has been researched. Pfizer isolated the component and has since released the rights to the primary ingredient. Hoodia gordonii is a "protected plant" (only a few people have access to it). There are nasty side effects and it's far from FDA approval. I'd avoid it.
  • I've tried lots of supplements and none of them have worked. The thing about hoodia is its supposed to be protected or something. So even if it says it's natural it might not be.
  • I have been using hoodia for a year or so. I was successful to drop 6 pounds in 6 months. It helps me not to snack between the meals, and not to eat anything after 6 p.m. I have no side effects. But I believe one have to make breaks periodically from Hoodia for a month or so to make it work better.
