It's called the mud-slinging race to the White House. I think that's why they call it the [political] arena--more like circus arena. You would think they would show a little class and integrity, wouldn't you?

Don't you worry. Your side has been giving just as good as it has been getting. In fact the entire "political" debate has had me enthralled. So far, in terms of crassness, it's neck and neck here on Answerbag.

She was (maybe is) a member of the Pentcostal (sp?) religion..Holy Rollers..they speak in tongues. She has been filmed speaking about praying to God to have some legislation be passed..as if God takes sides. She seems to use her religious beliefs as a club. Just my observation. I find her quite scary. But I am not that brave, nor that wise! :(

The right wing spent MONTHS bitching about every minute detail they perceived as a flaw in Obama's character. When she shows up, an unknown on the world stage, you damn right better think she's gonna get the same scrutiny, and as the election is weeks away, She's gonna get it in concentrated form. As far as her religion... doesn't bug me in the least.... until it get's in the way of politics. Like trying to teach creationism as science, or abstinence only as birth control. Or when she says going to war was god's plan. What (heaven fucking forbid it) if she actually get's the Big chair and has her finger on the red button.... and decides it's god's will that she pushes it?

I think that both sides have gone too far, as usual. Even if I ever wanted to run for political office, I never would. I wouldn't want my kids to live under that kind of scrutiny.

I don't think anyone is ignoring or forgetting anything. A quick search would reveal that the arguments on both sides are equally offensive and hateful.
