I imagine spears and arrows but I'm not sure. According to one site they also used axes, slings, and maces but I'm still looking for a concise list. Bones and sticks. They sharpen the bones and use animal veins to tie 'em to the sticks. Not much, but a hell of a lot better than the paleolithic.

Clubs were (and still are) the simplest weapons to make. Most other tools that were made were used for farming and not for fighting.
