An interesting question. I am sure there are many more than I can think of in S. America, Africa and Asia. I would consider Morocco as one of the most friendly dictatorships at the moment. I know I will probably provoke disagreement because they are trying to create a democratic system. But American has enjoyed many years of frienship with Morocco when the present king's father was in power. And he certainly was a dictator. Now here's an odd one. Libya is turning out to be more cooperative and I have often wondered whether this man has truly been a foe over the years. His education was at Sandhurst military academy in England and I did read an article where it was stated that MI6 wanted to keep him in power because he was good for the stability of N. Africa. How about that?
