You need to consult an attorney, if they withweld informtion from you pertaining to the estate of your father with the intent of not letting you collect part of his estate due you, you may have grounds to file a suit against all five of your sisters. Do not let the statute of limitations impeded you, this case apply's on discovery. -- I am sorry to hear you have been through so much I can understand how upsetting your situation has been, you are not alone, one of my close friends was sexually abused by his stepfather and he is in the middle of a very emotional battle with the legal system as well. The abuse you have suffered may have a bearing on your case, but only a qualified attorney should present the facts to the court if it is beneficial to your case. The main complaint is malicious deception, your sisters acted on their own to leave you out of any benefits to your fathers estate. Since you did not sign anything saying that you refused your rights to the estate, their may be grounds upon discovery to sue your sisters for the benefit owed to you. Now discovery means when you found out you had a legal claim, even though your sisters already collected on the estate and skipped town or whatever, they are each liable to give you a percentage of the estate. An attorney can pull the case file and look over the case to find if any fraudulant activities occured during the case or distribution of the estate and then follow up accordingly if he finds that they excluded you unjustly no matter your mental state at the time. I would talk to at least two or three attorneys on the subject matter of your case, the best way to find out if you even have a case is to go to a law university and have a law student or professor look it over and brief you of your rights. I hope this helps you, good luck.

Pattijo, sunnyblind is absolutey correct. You need to contact an attorney. If you can't afford one, legal aid is available everywhere. You positively need an attorney. May I ask, is it possible your sisters were abused as well, and you are the only one who complained? Is that possibly why you were left out? If this is true, you may very well have a case IF you can prove it. But you will not get anywhere at all without an attorney. Contact one today. If you haven't already. Most of them will consult with you at least once for no charge.
