Has human affect on global warmings been in any peer-reviewed journals? i know global warming is a theory so no need to ask about it.

every journal hmm. the one i subscribe to hasn't had anything. i ofcourse mean the top journals not the small time uni journals, anyways do you know any specific ones? cause i'd like to read it.

Many science journals have become gathering places only of like-minded zealots -- if you don't hold certain beliefs, you can't become a reviewer.

I am sure that some may make assertions that the sky is really green with sufficient peer pressure ... I mean "review".

It is truly sad that "science" is no longer science. Much like "education", much of science has degenerated into yet another playground for politics and fools.

i can tell your not a scientist (which is who i was directing the question to, for obvious reasons) not fully by your answer but the tone of it. i don't really think you understand the peer-reviewed system. thank anyways for your opinion thou

i dont like the IPCC to. but you'll find there is more of those Climate-savvy scientists(as you put it) are starting to be convinced, more than you may realise. ofcourse not all but a fair amount. i'm unbiased so i like to see the actually evidece itself than see what my mind thinks. hince why i asked this question.

What? An informed layman isn't entitled to an opinion? I may not be a card-carrying climate scientist, but I have studied climate for more years that most of the yahoos that call themselves climatologists have been alive.

I picked it up as a hobby around 1970 while I was designing post-overhaul jet engine test facilities for a living. I also designed test fixtures that replicated climatic extremes in which various probes were tested before returning them to service.

I scoffed at the doomsayers of the day when they boldly asserted that the world would soon be enshrouded in ice. Many of those very same self-serving nutcases hopped on the Global Warming bandwagon when it passed by. They are credibility-challenged.

I also took a passing interest in subatomic particles when we had to design and manufacture precision power supplies for particle accelerators installed at Los Alamos Labs. It was nowhere near as fascinating or enduring as climate science (and politics). ;-)

thank-you. i like your second answer better than your first for obvious reasons. i'm sure your aware i wasnt going to just agree with your first answer mainly because i like to read things for myself then see what my conscious mind makes of it. suprisingly im new to this field so lookin to read up on it. so thanks
