I know many guys probably have their testicle kicked or hurt in some way in their life, I was wondering if the hurt(moderate to serious) will injure it to the point where it'll stop producing sperm, or even if it does, will the sperm produced unhealthy?

There is always the possibility that sperm production may be adversely affected by a physical injury. The only way to be sure is to see a doctor about your concerns. He can tell by examining a sample of your sperm.

There is always the possibility of physical damage with a sufficient level of damage. But the point of making the testicles so sensitive is to make sure their owner does not let them get damaged. I.e. pain does not imply damage, particularly if the pain goes away within hours.
