It's not so easy to figure from your information. First, the rates vary according to the state you live in, and it's fine-tuned to the approximate neighborhood in your town. Second, the rates also vary according to the sex and age of the major driver, driving record, accidents/moving violations, use of the vehicle (delivery, miles driven to work, etc.) This is for both Liability and Comp/Collision. The relative value and age of the vehicle determines Comp/Collision rates. Third, rates, even with all of these factors, vary between insurance companies. You're best served by going to an Independent Insurance Agency who represents a group of insurance companies to quote from. You're not out of the woods, yet. Many companies either refuse to cover young drivers, or get very high rates--until about age 25 for males. Some people (living at home) get better rates and acceptance by going on a parent's policy. Your agent would be able to advise you.
