Is anyone worried that Prince Charles wants to make Camilla Queen? (I'm not. Worse things happened in history and those women became queens).

I'm more concerned with people even accepting a monarchical system - even if only symbolic - in a modern society.

I thought you'd only be a King, and your wife would be a Princess or something. Queen Elizabeth does not have a King, she has a Prince. It only stays with the bloodline to be called Queen or King. That's why, After Prince Charles dies, Prince William will be king, and Camilla will be Lady or something. She has no bloddline, so she can never be top royalty.

I don't really care at all about the British monarchy. He can give her any idiotic, unearned title that he wants. It isn't like there's an achievement involved. Hell, you don't even have to be very bright, just the result of royal sperm or a royal marriage. It takes no skill, talent, or intelligence. Big whoop. Be queen if it makes you feel better about yourself.

I am not worried and there is no reason why she should not become queen. She is the wife of Charles. I don't think we will have to worry about that for awhile since the Queen mum lived to be 104 and Queen Elizabeth shows no sign of slowing down.
