Help answer this question below.

Do raw pecans, peanuts and cashews contain sugar? Also how do you label chocolate if it is sugar free?

    I would say yes. Here's why. I can taste it. Cashews have a natural sweetness underneath the nutty flavor. Peanuts have a nutty bean flavor, but there is still that hint of sweet and pecans too. Anyway, it can't be much, but its there.

    Chocolate is a bean, like coffee. It has oil and nut like consistency. I believe the powdered chocolate would be a flavoring, but I don't know what specific food group it enters.
