I’m sorry to say that aside from time spent with my family and answering questions around here, I rarely do anything at all. Occasionally I’ll be out helping someone or other, but probably not enough to average even an hour a week. :-( How are others doing? * * * * * ETA: Well, okay. If doing housework and taking care of kids counts, that bumps up my count considerably. Still, I always wish I could do more!

Maybe five, I seem to be the sounding board for all the employees, they know I am discreet and pretty wise with my advice. I also offer an acute assessment to the boss on people's individual personalities and how to manage them effectively. Not everyone is motivated by the same things but I seem to be able to hone in on what makes them tick.
