Probably the most diverse area in the country when it comes to climate,ethnic groups,lifestyle and many other things is British Columbia ,especially in the lower mainland of Vancouver,a port city on the ocean.
Canada's large urban areas (Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver) are the most diverse in the country. Toronto is (arguably) the most diverse city in the world.
Immigrants often choose to settle down in major cities to be close to preexisting immigrant communities which helps minimize the culture shock and provides social outlets where otherwise new immigrants might find themselves isolated.
The westcoast. sunshine hardly no SNOW and if you don't mind rain. mountains for your sports great night life
I think Toronto is pretty diverse, so is Montreal. People probably go there because they're big cities with job opportunities.
