Hi, you need specifically YOUR surgeon's practice ID because the nurses in the office can actually follow and assist you through the site post-op. The site and your access is specific to your surgeon. Next time you are in the office, (or even call them) ask for the practice ID. Any surgeon participating in the Ethicon Realize rogram has an ID and they are happy to give it out.
