I would say, school days, 10 o'cock. Weekends you can be more flexible.

9 OR 10 During the week depending on the time school starts in the morning. On the weekend we let my sons stay up to 12am, because they make up to much noise and keep us awake.

10 pm on school nights. "lights out" soon after. When I was younger I was allowed to read till all hours of the night if I wished. Big mistake, I was always so tired during school and would nap when I got home. I'm not going to let that happen with my kids. On the weekends I would say around midnight. Make sure they don't sleep in any later than 10 am the next day.

I think 9 at the latest during school days. Weekends I would let them stay up until 10:00pm, with exceptions on holidays, or when a special program was on for children. Children need their rest and parents need their time to wind down also.
