Help answer this question below.

Hi, I have nissan altima 1998. The air blower with steps 1, 2, 3 dont work but it works on step 4, this is the highest. what could be the fault?

    the fault is your heater blower resistor 1-2-3 pass through a resistance bringing down the speed where as 4th is direct 12 volts does not pass through resistor

    I'd check the switch first, then the motor. Got a schematic?
