I have taken it before. I have always experienced varying degrees of nausea when starting new anti-depressant medication, but with Zoloft, it only lasted a few days, and was much milder to what I have experienced with other medications.
The worst side-effect I can remember from Zoloft is a constant click in my throat and "cotton mouth".
Everyone is different, though, and I would gather that symptoms will vary from person to person. If you are still experiencing nausea after a week, or if it is bad enough to cause actual vomiting, visit either your prescribing GP or a chemist for anti-nausea medication or an alternate anti-depressant.
