  • God is make-belief, he does not exist
  • God is: • The infinite divine being • One in being yet three Persons: . • Father . • Son . • Holy Spirit God has revealed himself as: • The "One who is" • Truth • Creator of all that is • The author of divine revelation • The source of salvation And, of course, God is love. For more information, see the Catechism of the Catholic Church, section 199 and following: http://www.nccbuscc.org/catechism/text/pt1sect2chpt1.shtml#199 With love in Christ.
  • No, no one person or group of people can ever define, prove, or disprove God. Trust me, I've tried both routes and it doesn't work haha.
  • I believe that God is a creation of the human mind, and that God is not in any way real. Just my belief.
  • God is imaginary. God is not real.
  • God is the one being who created DNA and the atomic structure and all the wavelengths of light. We live in a closed system, so it is entirely possible that someone created us. we live in a dimension. there are many dimensions. the dead have their own dimension. it interfaces with our dimension. there is more to living than what we see with our eyes.
  • He is non existent because he is not real.
  • God is our Father, but not our Mother. He is Spirit, but not bodiless. He is omnipotent, but not illogical. He is loving, but not a pushover. He is not happy that your sins required His Son to suffer, but He is more than willing to have done it, because He loves you that much. :-)
  • To some, God is. And to others, he is not, and never was. I'm of the former.
  • A god {s} that the human mind can comprehend is no GOD at all. "State", as in write down or state as in presenting a fact? Maybe the first, defintely not the latter.
  • I'm sure most people could, and I'm sure they would all have a different answer.
  • no i dont think thay can. you can't describe what you do not truely understand.
  • God is a hoax. God is not real
  • God is a woman who like to call herself Dr.Laura but she is no more a doctor then my dog is.
  • How could a man describe who God is? Our words could not describe Him and He in describing Himself simply said "I am".
  • small letter G wont attract too many christians. they like to be friends with the big G, god. and are enemies to the little g, god. they will change the question to fit their own answer. that is what i did earlier. its a common problem. for one, god is not anything. thing meaning physical. it has non thing characteristics. it has life and personality yet it does not have the physical body we would normally think of something. god is another word for spirit. there are millions of spirits. billions of spirits. all around the planet. I dont get it really.
  • I can only say that the Bible's Old Testabment god YHVH Elohim is not your New Testament Christian God - Theos. The two are different in every way. The OT god has children, has sex, has dinner, has pedicures, has favourite people groups, has weapons of mass destruction and has genocidal issues with nations he doesn't like. The New Testament God - well he's a spirit and is everywhere and loves everyone.
  • God is not real. God is non-existent
  • Almighty
  • G(g)od is not.
  • A god can be anything you might want he/she/it to be or not be. Did you have any special "god" in mind? Of course you did. Unfortunately, you didn't capitalize God. Thanks for playing, troll. ;-)
  • No-one can really...any attempt is doomed to failure. What god is or is not is far more intimate and far beyond our intellectual ability to comprehend.
  • What is god (little or Big "G")? Awesome. That's as close to a definition as I think we'll ever get.
  • God is LOVE and is not HATE
  • I personally don't believe in god(s), but I think it is rather entertaining when people claim to know all of this stuff about him/her. As far as we can tell, no one has met god, and there doesn't seem to be much tangible evidence for his existence, so claiming to know what he or she is or isn't seems silly.
  • God is the figurehead for a religion. God is not a kettle.
  • God is what students write Freshman essays about when they want to say how foolish all the fuss about god and religion is, since it is all B.S, but who they beg for help from during exam week. > God is not your grandmother.
  • No because God is everything.
  • Yup - god is not
  • not father not son not jesus not 2 or more not less than one not matter
  • God is one and all so god can be nothing else, what god is not is something we cant get away from .
  • yes I can, God, Allah, Jahweh, Baal, the golden cow, zeus, aphrodite etc. are all things people believed in. So it´s just a belief and nothing more. Now, I know there are people willing to fight for there beliefs but if you place it in historical context, should you, really?
  • In my own opinion, which may differ from yours, I think of 'god' as a higher consciousness, or a presence in the universe. A 'creator' if you will. As a consciousness, the creator just IS, has no 'mind' with which to think in order or hierarchy to set rules or programs (10 commandments), it just 'is'. I think that all of our collective souls, or 'essences' together make up that higher consciousness, and that includes all living things, be they human, animal or plant. All life has a purpose and is connected to and a small part of the higher existance, presence, consciousness that some call 'god'. Different religions and churches call it different names. But like several children on their block who all own bicycles, all different colors, think that their color is the best for their bike, they all merely have bicycles, no better or worse than each other has. The churches all pray to the same higher consciousness as well, they just think their name for it, and the way they worship it, is the best. But like the children's bikes, it is still basically the same presence that the churches pray to and worship. I do not think that this higher consciousness has created rules, the commandments to be exact, on that premise. How can a consciousness which is made up of every living thing collectively have its own agenda or rule of hierarchy? It would be impossible. It just is. Human minds like to complicate things, and religions are and always have been put into place to control people's behaviours and keep them in constant fear, like heaven and hell. If you act the way your church says to, you will go to heaven; if not, you will go to hell. Liken that to a child who is told he will not get a special treat before bedtime if he doesn't act a certain way throughout the day. The parent knows that the child will get the treat anyways, regardless of his behaviour, but the child of course, does not. So, the child behaves well, thinking if he doesn't, he won't get the treat.
