South Africa has lots of Dutch and English people along with a decent sized indigenous black population.
Lots of violent crime and car jackings, committed by the impoverished. Cars have built in flame throwers that burn car jackers, large switch blade like devices that swing out from under the car (pivot point at the front), electrocuting door handles, and other contraptions to maim or kill an attacker. Homes that have elaborate security systems. And who can forget Nelson Mandela?

When global warming raises temperatures by 3 degrees, an estimated 100 Million people will die in Africa. Is there anything that can be done now to avoid it? Like stockpiling food?
