I was sued a year ago by a nieghbor and pay her 300 dollars we payed we filed bankruptcy the lawyer filed and sent the neighbor a file saying she could be at the hearing now is causing issues can we sue him for giving her info on something she had no

    Sounds like you're pissed the bankrupcy lawyer notified a creditor who has an abstract of judgement filed against you that you are in bankrupcy proceedings, no?

    If so, get over it. He is required by law to notify your creditors that you are about to enter bankrupcy so that they can present claims to the court and ascertain which debts you intend to keep and which ones you are seeking to discharge.
