Okay..My friend hasnt had a girlfriend in ages, and hes fell out with a close girl mate of ours a month ago, he keeps dreaming about her, and feeling lonely, hes wanted a girlfriend for ages, but hes only felt really lonely now, does he miss her? Or what?

Everyone needs someone in their lives. It is normal to feel lonely after what happened.
Talk to him about it and make him feel better.
He will find someone else for sure.
