I have tried to relax,so i can have an orgasm,but it never works.my husband is great and i feel like he thinks i am not trying,,,i can play with my self and get excited,but i want him to know that i want to have an orgasm,i have had a total histo...help

    Honestly, i think this is something you should probably speak to a gynecologist about. if you're unable to orgasm after having a hystorectomy, there may be an issue there that no amount of foreplay or sexual excitement can fix.
    you could try alternate methods - such as anal play. many men and women claim to have some of their most exciting orgasms this way. start small, work your way up to it.
