Have you ever been lost? Were you found or did someone find you and rescue you?

I've been forgotton once, when i was 1 month old. My mom was supposed to travel with me...took all the luggage you need to travel with a baby - and forgot me! Actually thats because the entire extended family was with her - grandpa, grandma, uncles and aunts, and they all assumed that i was with the other. Needless to say that we missed the train!

On a wintry day, early morning (4 am) was dropping someone at Buffalo airport at and on the way back took a wrong cut, drove in darkness alone with kids and did not where to go. No clue how I reached Pennsylvania toll. Was guided back, luckily had enough of fuel. I reached home after driving for 5 to 6 hrs and the person whom I dropped to airport had reached New York and was wondering how come I not home yet. It was one hell of a drive.

I got lost in Jacksonville Florida because they have one of the most screwed up road systems ever.

i can remember getting lost in the supermarket once, i was really little and got really upset, one of the workers put a message out on the speakers for my mum and dad (how embarrasing) lol

I got lost at a massive party on the gazza strip! luckily my mate found me!!

Lost in a huge corn filed at age 4-5 or so in a terrible thunderstorm with alot of lightening and hail. I was terrified, and the corn was so tall I couldn't see how to get back to the farm house where my parents were visiting friends.

After about 30 minutes, I was really traumatized, but my Dad and the farmer found me and carried me back to the house. I was really lucky I didn't get hit by lightening.

I have had a fear of lightening storms ever since.

Only a couple of times while driving to places I hadn't been to. I had to stop for directions.

I went with my uncle, through the woods to a 'boot legger's' house, I was 14/15?
We sat there and he had some drinks.( I had 1 sip of monshine. it went right straight to my head!) When we started home, back through the woods, he was taking long steps, ( he was a 6' 6" country boy), I fell behind and took a wrong turn somewhere. (pitch black night)
I was soon lost! So, I just sat down and let him find me. It took over a couple of hours to find me. By then he had the whole family out looking for me.
But, I didn't mind. I was 'buzzing' from that 1 sip of monshine I had. Damn it boy! That was some 'powerfull stuff!'
