Help answer this question below.

I have a Viore 42inch plasma t.v. PDP4210EA ,everytime elec.flashes off or power ,color has to be reset ,for whatever reason I can.t get it to reset ,called Viore to ask them to walk me thru,but they were absolutely no help ,can

    To do a factory reset on this TV turn on the power and hold down the menu button on the remote for a few seconds. A box will pop up. Scroll down to factory reset. Hold down the enter button and it will start changing colors in the screen. Turn off the TV and wait for a few seconds to turn it back on. You should now have it fixed!
