I have a Sanyo DVW-7200 combo VCR/DVD player (<1 year old). The DVD works fine, but when I try to play a VCR tape, there's no picture, only sound. The TV screen is just black. I have cleaned the heads with a Head Cleaner tape, but still no picture.Why?
