Do you think drugs like LSD, Pot, Sacred mushroom should be legal since they are strait from the earth and not chemically altered? oh and some lsd occurs naturally since its a fungus that can grow on rye.

There is one reason why drugs straight from the earth are illegal while alcohol and prescription drugs are legal ~ taxation. What you can get off the earth can't be taxed or controlled.
